§ 70-76. Damage, obstruction of drains, sewers, etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person to break, injure or destroy any ditch, culvert, sewer or gutter belonging to or maintained by the town, to throw any dirt or any other obstruction in the same, or to fill up the same, either totally or partially.
