§ 38-123. Unlawful conduct by person.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct himself or manage any property, real or personal, belonging to or controlled by him in such a manner as to result in a nuisance to his neighbors or to the public, or to knowingly aid, assist or abet therein.
