§ 38-92. Permits for dancehalls and pavilions.

  • Dancehalls or pavilions licensed by the town may, upon application to the chief of police, obtain special permission to operate such instruments or machines for a later hour than above fixed, which hour shall be stated in such permits, for regular dances; provided that not more than two such permits may be obtained during any one week, in such cases, the machines or instruments shall also be operated in a subdued or modulated volume.
